Using the art space of the gallery as a place to organize yoga events is spreading across Europe, America and Far East, however it is not the first meeting between yoga and art.

Yoga takes attention of lots of people. It supports intense body movements with 5000 year old philosophy that investigates the essence of life.

Centuries ago in India, then America and around the world, artists look at the world inside themselves with yoga and explore love and peace with it. The art pieces they create after these explorations, their glamorous colors, shapes and energies are doubtlessly can be thought as reflections of the spirit of yoga.

At CerModern, by Yoga Workshops (“Yoga Atölyeleri), we try to perceive our bodies with art. We reshape our body and mind with yoga and art, as well as we explore what exists in the depthness of our souls. We meet both Saturdays and Sundays at CerModern. With the instructors, Zeynep İncir and Gökçe Göksu, we apply Vinyasa Yoga (Saturdays and Sundays at 10.00-11.00; for level 1 and 2)  and Yin Yoga ( Saturdays and Sundays at 11.15-12.45; for level 1 and 2) during these workshops.
